VOCAL REHABILITATION
Rebuild. Restore. Return to Singing with Confidence.
A compromised voice can be frightening- especially when your voice is your livelihood, your creative outlet, or your identity. Whether you’re recovering from vocal fatigue, strain, illness, or injury, our vocal rehabilitation sessions provide a safe and structured path back to vocal health.
We’ll work gently and effectively to help you rebuild strength, restore function, and regain confidence in your voice..
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Singers recovering from vocal strain, overuse, or fatigue
Those returning after illness (e.g., laryngitis, COVID, respiratory infections)
Singers post-surgery or medical treatment (in collaboration with ENTs and SLPs or other voice specialists)
Performers experiencing tension, hoarseness, or inconsistency
Anyone who feels their voice is "not working like it used to"

A SUPPORTIVE SPACE TO HEAL AND GROW
WHAT WE FOCUS ON:
Vocal Reset and Restoration: Establish a healthy, balanced setup for singing, free from unnecessary tension or compensatory habits.
Targeted Vocal Exercises: Gentle, restorative techniques designed to support healing, coordination, and vocal function with a focus on breath flow, phonation, and resonance.
Gradual Strength Building: As healing progresses, we’ll rebuild stamina and range through structured, incremental work, never pushing before you're ready. It’s encouraged for you to record your sessions so you can continue the work between lessons using the recordings.
Collaboration with Voice Care Professionals: If you’re working with an ENT, speech-language therapist, or vocal health specialist, I’m happy to coordinate care and support your recovery plan.
You don’t need to “push through it” or figure it out alone. Vocal rehabilitation is not just about recovery, it’s about reconnecting with your voice in a way that’s sustainable, efficient, and empowering.
